Had some pipes burst under my home, in the crawl space, on Friday. Did the best I could to replace / repair things all weekend, but kept finding more problems. Finally gave in and called the professionals. Burton's sent out Jordan. When he showed up, I explained the situation and apologized because I knew how dirty he was going to get trying to fix the issue. Dude had no problem crawling under the house and assessing the work. Gave a REALLY reasonable quote. Then he spent the next 2 hours fixing things (including repairing my hap-hazard weekend work). When we had a new dryer delivered, we learned that we could no longer use copper lines for a gas hookup. Burton's came out and got us squared away with new piping off the main-gas line up into our laundry room, including installation of two additional ball valves.
